uh-he-con-neew Press is a non-profit entity whose mission is to collect and publish the authentic stories of the Mohican People, that is, as told by themselves, the Elders and children, and their historians.
The proceeds from each sale go directly toward getting the next book or curriculum project in print.
Numerous volunteers from the Mohican Nation, especially members of the Stockbridge-Munsee Historical Committee, as well as many other friends around the state and country, assist the Press in fulfilling this mission and keeping the stories in print for Mohicans and others to read, share and remember.
